Marcus Brown has injured his elbow
"Watson is ill and Brown has injured his elbow. We decided to spare the Americans in the game against Rudupis," said Zalgiris coach Ramunas Butautas.
After being asked whether the Americans would be available for the Euroleague clash versus Cibona, Butatas wasn't certain.
"I can't tell anything precise, but everything is possible. But we all hope, that they can participate in the game against Cibona," said the coach.
Zalgiris would lose any hopes of making the Top 16 with a loss to Cibona in Thursday's game.
