Ramunas Siskauskas hurt his hand in a Russian League game
It is reported that the Lithuanian hurt his hand in a Russian League game versus Spartak St. Petersburg and will be out for at least a week.
Siskauskas will not only miss the Euroleague game in Slovenia, but also a VTB United League match against Kalev/Cramo Tallinn.
The 31-year-old player is averaging 13 points, 3,4 rebounds and 1,9 assists in Euroleague this season.
