Zalgiris Kaunas has announced another signing recently. The Croatian prospect Mario Delas was signed on three and a half year deal. The big-man will join the team right on the way to a Euroleague game in Istanbul, when Zalgiris players will be changing planes in Frankfurt.
It's still not clear if the new acquisition will play on Thursday and this will only be revealed just before the game against Fenerbahce.
Delas played for KK Split at the beginning of the season and averaged 9,9 points and 3,4 rebounds per game. Zalgiris payed a buy-out fee in order for the deal to go through, but on mutual agreement, the numbers are not to be revealed.
