Milosevic was ecstatic that a coach like Rimas Kurtinaitis is at the helm of the club, admitting that playing in Euroleague’s Top 16 would have been great, but he’s happy to been given a chance to play in Lietuvos Rytas and prove himself. “Kurtinaitis was the best shooter in Europe,” said Milosevic, who hopes to learn a lot from his new coach.
The Serb with a Greek passport watched Lietuvos Rytas’ game against Olympiacos Piraeus and already knows what the team’s capable off. “I think, we can go very far,” said Milosevic. As a matter of fact, Milko Bjelica’s face will be the most familiar to the player as they have played in Crvena Zvezda together for a season.
