“It would be perfect if I could repeat the same performance in the final. The game was really difficult as we only had a seven man rotation today,” Ginevicius said after the game. “We’ll see what happens tomorrow. Nothing we can do with the injuries.”
Ginevicius pointed out that the balls that teams play in the BBL are quite unordinary – very hard and feel like plastic, but quickly added: “Just don’t write that the balls were the cause of our turnovers.”
According to the player, Siauliai didn’t surprise neither him, nor the rest of the team as they played like always.
“We were ready for their game – streetball. Whoever has the ball will shoot. Siauliai players didn’t make some shots that they usually do. Gailius and Sisknius missed their shots and we committed a lot of turnovers,” said Ginevicius.
