Teams, that finished on the podium, received different prizes – the champions Lietuvos Rytas were awarded with the champion rings while runners-up Zalgiris and Siauliai, who finished third, received memorial pins.
Only the champions came with a full roster. Siauliai were without Derrick Low, who is back home in the United States as Zalgiris’ Marcus Brown and Travis Watson didn’t participate despite still playing in yesterdays championship game.
Martynas Gecevicius was named as the MVP of the finals. Lietuvos Rytas’ guard averaged 15 points, 3,5 rebounds and 3 assists per game in the last seven games of the season,
The MVP of the regular season went to Nevezis’ leader Egidijus Dimsa, who scored 14,6 points and grabbed 9,7 boards per game for Kedainiai.
