Marcus Brown of Zalgiris missed Wednesday's morning practise and it is not clear whether the veteran guard will be available for tonight's game against Fenerbahce in Kaunas. The decision on Brown's condition will be taken right before the match.
Brown was diagnosed with sinusitis on Tuesday morning and he missed both practises that day as well.
The American is leading Zalgiris with a 14,3 point average and 47 per cent shooting from beyond the arch in Euroleague.
