The Lavrinovic twins are out of the Worlds as well as Arturas Jomantas

The road to the World Championship will begin on July 15 for
most of the real contenders to make the final cut in the Lithuanian national
team. With the Lavrinovic twins, Ksistof and Darjus, not being able to go to
Turkey, the coaching staff decided to call up
Martynas Andriuskevicius from the
reserve squad. The team only had once true player at the five in
Robertas
Javtokas after the twins fell out.
Arturas Jomantas will also have a summer without
international hoops as the coaches decided it was best for him to go and get
ready for next season with Lietuvos Rytas Vilnius after a not very successful
season riddled with injuries.
