Montepaschi brings back Kaukenas

Rimantas Kaukenas has decided to return to Siena after a one year stint with Real Madrid. The 33-year-old guard signed a deal that will keep him in Montepaschi for three years.

In an unsuccessful season in the Spanish ACB, where he wasn’t even registered for the playoffs, Kaukenas averaged 8.3 points and 1.1 assists. The player’s statistics in Euroleague were a little better – 10.3 points, 1.1 rebounds and 1.3 assists.
