Lietuvos Rytas
added strength to the frontline with the signing of Petras Balocka. The
23-year-old big man agreed to a two-year deal with a team option to extend it
for another season.

Balocka spent
four years playing NCAA basketball in Hawaii, where he averaged 7.9 points, 8.0
rebounds and 1.8 assists per game in his senior year.
The center
will join Jonas Valanciunas, Milko Bjelica, Kenan Bajramovic and Cemal Nalga in
the team’s frontline.
