The owner of Virtus Bologna, Claudio Sabatini, wants to buy a Lithuanian club where he could send all the young stars from the Baltic region and allow them to grow before landing in Italy, Sportando reports.
“I’ve sent the General Manager of the club Massimo Faraoni to find a suitable team in Lithuania and close the operation. We want a Lithuanian club where young talents may grow before arriving in Italy,” said Sabatini.
