Zalgiris Kaunas has decided to send one of the brightest current Croatian prospects, Mario Delas, on loan back to his homeland for a year. The 20-year-old forward will be playing in Euroleague for Zabreb Cibona, where he will have more playing-time to develop.

Delas averaged 6.9 points and 4.4 rebounds per game in the Lithuanian League (LKL). The players’ statistics in Euroleague aren’t much different – 4.5 points and 2.2 rebounds.
