The defending Lithuanian League (LKL) champions Lietuvos Rytas inscribed the 15th victory of the season in the domestic league after running away from Nevezis in the fourth quarter winning the game 90-79 (23-23, 24-14, 19-26, 26-16).

Lietuvos Rytas was led by the Bosnian big man Kenan Bajramovic, who had an astounding ranking total of 40, having dropped in 27 points as well as finishing the match with a game-high 11 rebounds.

Martynas Gecevicius scored 17 points for the visitors from Vilnius while Australian swingman Brad Newley and former Lithuania international Arturas Jomantas shared 11 each with Milko Bjelica adding 10 points.

Egidijus Dimsa was the key man for Nevezis collecting a double-double of 20 points and 10 boards, Rolandas Alijevas, who is returning from an injury, had 12 points as Laurynas Mikalauskas added 11. Paulius Beliavicius and Ernests Kalve also made the double-digits with 10 each as Vytenis Cizauskas contributed with 6.
