Arvydas Macijauskas and Lietuvos Rytas' coach Rimas Kurinaitis had come up with an agreement that the sharpshooter would let Kurtinaitis know if he wanted to come back to Lithuania and continue his career in Vilnius.
But Lietuvos Rytas and especially coach Kurtinaitis are still waiting for the player to make up his mind.
"No, Arvydas hasn't called me. I'm still waiting for him to call me after he has made the decission", Kurtinaitis told the Lithuanian basketball website Basketnews.lt.
"I had been very busy lately, so I did not find the time to call him. If he doesnt phone, I am planning to give him a ring myself", said the coach.
Macijauskas has played in Lietuvos Rytas from 1999 to 2003 and became a champion of the Lithuanian League (LKL) twice and was once crowned with the Northern European Basketball League (NEBL) champions trophy.
