Siauliai wasted a double-digit lead and had to admit defeat to Aris, losing 67:85 on the road in Thessaloniki.
Derrick Low had 16 for Siauliai, Arvydas Siksnius scored 13, as Mindaugas Kuzminskas added 12. Aris' Michalis Kakouzis had a game-high 24 points, Jeremy Richardson scored 14, while Juan Dixon made a contribution of 13 points to the victory.
After a nice solo performance in the middle of third quarter, when Mindaugas Kuzminskas scored 9 of his 12 points, Siauliai had a 10 point advantage at 50:40. However, the Lithuanians were unable to hold the lead and let Aris get back in the game after a 14:3 run to bring the score to 54:53 in advantage of the hosts.
