
Rudupis Prienai marked their Eurocup debut with a victory on the road in Netherlands. Despite a late spurt by the home side, Rudupis maintained the lead and ended up winning 82-77 (22-19, 21-11, 18-20, 21-27).
GasTerra Flames left the court trailing by thirteen at the break, but won the third half 20-18 and closed the gap to two points with five minutes to play. Rudupis managed to step up in the decisive part of the game, keeping the lead and finishing the match with a victory 82-77.
Rudupis' Gediminas Orelikas shone with 22 points, grabbing six boards and dishing out four assists. Simas Buterlevicius added 13 points, while Dainius Salenga and Gintaras Kadziulis scored 12 and 10 respectively.
For the home side, David Bell led his team with 18 points, Jason Dourisseau added 16, while Alexander Wesby ended up with 12.
