The Real Madrid
swingman Martynas Pocius will have to skip two weeks of actions due to an injury.
The Lithuanian player hurt his left knee during the Sunday’s game against Asefa
Estudiantes, 15min.lt reports.
“If everything is
alright, I should be in full swing after Christmas,” said Pocius, who got
injured during the pre-match warm up in the Madrid derby and didn’t step onto
the court in the game, which Real lost.
The Lithuanian athlete
is averaging only 5.3 points, 2.3 rebounds and 1.2 assists in the Liga Endesa. However,
Pocius is playing better in Euroleague, where he is scoring 8 points and
grabbing 1.8 rebounds per game.
